★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there today. Needed to get around 6 light fixtures for our new home. Walked around for about a half an hour and no one stopped to help us. We managed to track someone down and ask for help. We asked about certain fixtures and she basically said to check online, then just left us. We then picked a few out on our own, but no one was around to help us get the boxes. We decided to just leave. On the way out we saw a few employees (including the one that told us to look online) standing around back behind the counters where it was hard to see them. The were just staring off into space as if no one was in the store. Maybe since we're a younger couple, they didn't figure we'd buy anything? Not sure...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The selection is massive and there are plenty of great deals. The best part about this store is the service. I find the staff very knowledgeable and accommodating when we have to return or swap some lights. They were able to beat Lowes on pricing for our switches and plugs, so there is a little wiggle room which really helps when you are renovating a whole house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice store with huge selection of lights and many types of styles. Unfortunately the prices are expensive so if you have a budget I wouldn't suggest this store. The store itself isn't clean and looks like nobody ever cleans it (needs to be vacuumed, mopped etc). Also not the best customer service. Some of the employees seem like they don't care about their job and look like they don't want to be there.

Disappointed by the service. Bought two items over the weekend. The salesman told us the items would be ready and available for pick up during the midweek, as they needed to bring down the ceiling light as we bought the demo. We called the next saturday to make sure it was ready for us to come pick up. It wasn't. They told us it would be ready in the next 30 minutes. We went 3:30 later to pick up our items, the ceiling light was still attached to the ceiling in the store. The salesman didn't asked the technician to bring the lamp down. Twice.
Will not buy from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selections of lights, many different styles, very unique pieces. Selection of low and high end lights, with different price points. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Convenient location with free parking. The store looks magical!
