La dame me dit qu'elle me rappellerait, ce qu'elle ne fit pas. J'ai donc retéléphoné le lendemain, elle m'a répondu qu'ils n'avaient pas encore téléphoné au fournisseur. Deux semaines plus tard, aucune nouvelle.Service après vente : 0
I bought an air purifier from this retailer and when I needed a new filter I called them to see if they had any in stock. The lady told me that she would call me back, which she did not do. So I called again the next day, she said they had not yet called the provider. Two weeks later, no news. Service after sale: 0
