★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personnels très arrogants, je dirais voir insultant. Un petit changements de personnels ferais le plus grand bien. Pour le choix de couleurs, matériaux géniale, mais juste pour le personnels désagréables, cela est totalement pas amusant d'aller magasiner à cette endroit.???
Very arrogant personal, I would say to see insulting. A small change of staff would do the greatest good. For the choice of colors, great materials, but just for the rude staff, this is totally not fun to go shopping at this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai été reçu aujourd’hui par Ellie et Amanda. Deux vraies professionnelles! J’étais partie chercher un gallon pour des moulures et je suis repartie avec 8 gallons pour tout ma maison. Elles m’ont aidé dans le choix de couleurs et même quand c’était plus difficile avec mon poupon de 7 mois, elles l’ont divertie afin que je choisisse mes couleurs. Elles ont été très très très patientes! Je ferai toujours affaire chez Betonel grâce à leur service hors pair! Merci encore. La peinture est incroyable et de très bonne qualité.
I was received today by Ellie and Amanda. Two true professionals! I went to get a gallon for moldings and left with 8 gallons for my whole house. They helped me in the choice of colors and even when it was more difficult with my 7 month old baby, they entertained her so that I could choose my colors. They were very very very patient! I will always do business with Betonel thanks to their outstanding service! Thanks again. The paint is amazing and very good quality.
