★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love mucho burrito, but they lost one star. The reasoning for that is because of some of the food was soggy. They overload the burritos and tacos and it makes the shell or pita soggy which isn't plesent, they taste good though. The staff are nice, the prices are good. Just need to work on the amount of stuff in the food.

BTW, you won't find a single Mexican working at any of these establiments, Stange right??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place.. I usually visit this location at least twice per week for lunches. Food and staff are great!! The best customer service!!! Staff is super helpful and always make my lunch pickup a very pleasurable experience. Food workers deserve a huge shoutout, especially the ones who put in effort to make you smile!!! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food preparation person was cleaning her nails over the food, and kept touching her face. The server kept running to answer the phone. The bathrooms are filthy here, and so are the tables. The food tastes like dog food. The server wanted to know why I was watching her clean her nails over the food, and kept touching her nose with her gloves. They don’t seem to know how to properly handle food. These servers here are also quite rude. When I went in to order I was ignored for half an hour, even though no one was there. This place has terrible customer service. I had a burrito here before as well, and the ingredients fell out everywhere. Because the employee didn’t know how to roll it properly.

No taste. No flavour. Felt like even salt wasn’t added.
Over priced for the portion size.
Won’t recommend it to anyone.
