Went for a suit, fitting and measurements for an upcoming wedding. Associate provided no assistance. Extremely unhelpful so much so that we walked out mid appointment. She didn't seem to know at all what she was talking about. Very frustrating.

Was there today to buy a jacket for dinner for my up coming vacation. It took a While to get somebody to serve me. When she did she was in the middle of helping me and she went off to help somebody else. I left me standing there waiting. When the other couple realized she was helping me first he said oh where you in the middle of helping someone else, her response was oh that’s ok. I tend to buy a lot of clothing at this location but don’t think I will return.

We walked in and were helped by Dan. He made the experience so easy and painless. He made recommendations that made sense and worked for us. My husband walked out with a new wardrobe that he feels great about at an unbeatable price. Thank you Dan! We’re clients for life.

Sales associate Lily was amazing. Polite and extremely helpful from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. Great personality, knew exactly what was needed to outfit my two boys, and met our tight timelines for alterations. Thank you!

Just wanted to give a shoutout to Lilly, I don't usually post reviews online but she was fantastic. We came in for a suit after visiting a store at the Oshawa Centre that was not helpful whatsoever. And the suits were priced outrageously. Lilly got us the right size, had the suit tailored and ready go in 4 days. She was an excellent and knowledgeable associate.

BUYER BEWARE, CHECK THIS STORES WORK BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT. The day of my wedding, my brother goes to put on his pants we had purchased and left to be tailored at this location and they are a size 30 instead of a 40. We paid for a 40, he tried on a 40 and yet the tailor put the wrong pants in with the rest of our outfits (literally in the same bag as my pants). Absolutely unsatisfactory. When we called the store there was ZERO remorse from whoever was on the other end, no offer of "come in and see what we can do" just a plain "Well we don't see your pants here so we must have given them to someone else, good luck dealing with that." Absolutely. Unacceptable. We will never be returning to Moores, and we will be sure to tell everyone shopping for these occasions to do the same. On top of this they had a miserable selection, no plain white shirts, almost no way of matching pants colours if there were variations in the groomsmen, and a small annoyance but when I made my first purchase of a few there they failed to save my file so when I was supposed to get some discount for my next purchase of over $100 I didn't get it. This store is absolute amateur hour. Nothing less than a full refund would even make this review more than a 2 star.

Horrible experience, my Brother-in-law and sister were in Saturday to do a fitting and pay for his suit for his brothers wedding. Their appointment was at 2pm, they were there at the agreement upon time. They waited at the front for over 15 minutes just for someone to talk to them. When someone finally noticed them they were told they had to wait another 20 mins. After half an hour the person that was supposed to look after the appointment was still with another customer, they then decide to send another employee to look after them. After the employee put my brother-in-law in a suit that wasn't agreed upon he sent him on his way. Fast forward to today, he went to go do the fitting again after it wasn't done on Saturday. The lady was rude and ignoring my brother-in-law and going around and dealing with other customers even though he explained his situation. She didn't even look at the computer to find the right fitting size for him. She put him in a random cheap suit that wasn't agreed upon for the rental and when they went to cash out she left him at the counter saying another employee would deal with him. She didn't tell the other employee and took of to deal with other customers in a hurry. Not every professional in my opinion. The other employee didn't realize that my Brother-in-law was waiting to cash out and was cashing out other people while he was standing there. When cashing out with the other employee they realized that the other lady didn't fit him properly and then had to go get re-fitted again for a THIRD! time. What kind of unprofessional business is this? Where is the customer service? I thought they were there to help you and make you look good for special events. Thankfully the third employee found out the right fitting size. There are some good people out there but very bad customer service experience. The rating will remain at 1 star.

Stopped in to rent a suit for a wedding. Turns out I went in during their busiest time. Didn’t matter though, Terri and Devante provided efficient and professional service. I selected the perfect suit, and they had me measured and on my way in no time. And a great price as well. Just awesome! Highly recommend ?
