R	Richard Johnston on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered eye glasses on July 30th. I was promised delivery in 6-9 days. It is now August 22 and I am still without glasses. I have made multiple phone calls and visited the location twice. I have contacted Walmart's office and registered a complaint. Still nothing. Nothing but apologies and excuses. It is past 3 weeks and still no answers. A level of professional incompetence that I have never witnessed before.

She actually listened to me when I told we my family history with eye issues and my own personal medical history and used it. She found out things about my eyes that my old doctor would never have even looked at, despite asking him to. Can't wait to use my glasses with the proper script in them, thank you for you expertise and advice!
R	Rizza Monroe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love how you get 2 pairs of glasses for an affordable price. That said, one pair had the wrong script in them - it happens everywhere, no big deal. I returned them to the store and the woman was so rude to me. Once the lenses reached the lab and it was verified that there was a problem with the glasses, and not just me being "difficult", she was nicer. Basically - its an affordable option but if there is a problem with your order, stand your ground because you will get attitude about it.

We giggled and laughed, she put me at ease, explained my issues in terms I could easily understand, others have tried but with her I finally got it!! Thorough and excellent customer service! Next stop, Chris, the optician, helped me pick out some great frames and even called my friend Kim who was transferred to the Trenton store to ask her to check her phone for pictures of my choices! That was over and above in my opinion. He wasn't pushy about the sale and quoted 2 different ways of going about my lenses and clearly explained both without trying to make me spend the extra money, that was truly appreciated. There was another female staff on duty and sadly I didn't get her name but she was awesome as well. Affordable pricing doesn't have to mean poort service, I had an excellent experience today and highly recommend this location!!

We entered not long ago April 2nd the staff who I don’t want to mention the name we asked if possible you can adjust my glasses or my mom they told me that they can’t because so and so top of that they didn’t let us ask any more questions.. Really lazy staff
