I have always had a good experience at the store but one thing,the kitchen the last seven times I have gone in and there are no roasted chicken today Sunday April 24th at 4:22pm I go in "Oh they will be about an hour" so just in time for after dinner kitchen manager needs a swift boot absolutely unacceptable.For those who think I should go to Costco,Walmart way better just never dependable.

i work at this walmart, knowing me i always try my best to help the customer on whatever they need. if i dont know where something is me and you can walk around the store till we find it. My team and I stock the shelfs we work till our work is done. Even tho we have a certain time to finish customer always comes first.

For one of the largest businesses on the planet, you guys can’t even develop a proper online system to properly search for products. Canadian tire can tell me if the product is in store or online, they can even detail the aisles for each specific product, so I’m not wasting my time searching aimlessly and wasting your store associates time. It seems everything on your website is “online only”. Maybe have an option to turn online or in store shopping on so “online only” items do not appear when unwanted. Really no reason I can’t log into my local stores website and find exactly what I’m looking for, including exactly where to find it. I understand business needs change and so too the layout of the stores, but your WALMART! Canadian Tire can do it, there is no excuse. Just makes everything more difficult and that’s why I refuse to even use the website anymore.

You fill your cart, get to cash area, they don't supply bags, I understand they don't want to supply plastic bags, but there's no reason why they can't supply paper bags. I will not go back to the store. I left a cart 3/4 full at the cash stand cuz I'm not carrying it into the car two or three items at a time, this is totally ridiculous.

No more multi save on chicken and other items. Multi save items prices increased. Hardly any stock after the order pickers go through. Shelves constantly empty, with no one to ask for assistance. Most employees on there phones strolling around. Time for a change in my shopping.

It’s a good sized store, it is the old setup where the pharmacy is in the middle which is sometimes annoying. Rear store Washrooms are in the far northeast corner rather than somewhat centralized. Stock is pretty good. Biggest complaint? Worst parking lot I’ve seen in a Walmart. They force you to go right along the store doors. The place where people are walking. Yet the god awful stupid setup of Laval doesn’t allow us to drive into the parking lot. You’re essentially trapped in there and the strange setup of random stop signs in the middle and then forcing the only exit to go west to Fox (where most people don’t want to go)…

When I politely pointed out that all of the remaining ground beef was expired and asked if there was any in the back, directly in front of kids the employee laughingly replied, “Too bad, not my *curse word* problem!” and walked into the stock room. Dumbfounded, I finished shopping then went to customer service to inform the manager about the meat and the employees response. After a ten minute wait or so, some angry, stout and sweaty, unkempt bearded man- “Pike” I think- shows up and proceeds to tell me that there is no way his employee said what he had said. I didn’t want or request anything; but a bunch of us heard it as clear as the meat was expired. This alleged manager was unprofessional and could care less; it explains the attitudes of the floor staff.

You guys are a joke. First off, why are employees working sick? I understand you don’t need a mask anymore, but if your sick don’t work. I dont want covid or anything! I have family who is high risk, it’s now Mother’s Day and I’ve chose to not visit my mom cause one of your employees was sick, and now I’m felling sick! All I’m saying is if any of my family gets severely sick I know who to blame! We’ll actually I’m saying more but not… You also need to clean washrooms, employees need to work more, they just stand and talk to each other and complain about wages, the cart boys smoke at the entrance of the store all day long. The grocery side entrance smells like rotting fish…
