★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a waterbong from them....they haggled but didn't mention that the bowl had a huge chip that almost cut my thumb open.
So I take it back...after walking all the way back and the older gentleman won't do anything. He yells about how oh you should've checked before you left.... He quickly bagged it and handed it to me when I originally came in.
He barely let me swap it out for the significantly less expensive one that I picked out but gave me no difference saying he'll get in trouble....
I don't want him to get in trouble but I do want my difference back. I even offered buying cigarettes and paying the difference. But $36 doesn't come out to $45.20 ...so I just paid Sivas $10 extra.
I love this place ..never had this happen.
