Very Opportunistic! On top of everything, they charged $40 for "sanitization". To be conservative, say it takes a minute to spray everything listed (driver door handles, steering wheel, stick, key) and put plastic sheet on driver seat, works out to $2400/hr rate! when asked the office about logic, the clerk (the bigger of the two ladies, with a condescending tone and arrogant demeanor, in case the owner cares to know) was evasive and didn't have much to say aside from the obvious safety reason for cleaning. She continued to say nonsensical things though such as "so you don't take my hand home" or something like that!! It wasn't voluntary in my case to use them and perhaps $40 isn't much compared to the whole hassle of having your car towed, which is ultimately my fault, but I think it is kind of low to take advantage of the position and use the pandemic situation as an opportunity like this... I should add, however, that the young guy at the lot was pretty decent and peaceful, and it quickly calmed me down chatting with him till we got to the car. I'd be happy to know he is the one receiving the sanitizing charge even at that rate, somehow I doubt it though. I'd gladly change my review if the owner let's me know here he'd do that, and perhaps talk to the office assistant about her attitude... UPDATE PER OWNER'S RESPONSE: I have to admit I am shocked by the weird response from the owner, not sure how you process info before responding, might need a reboot! which "no" means no, I didn't ask for anything that you are denying me of!! you had my car and I picked it up, you couldn't kick me out for nothing my angry dude! and who called 26 times?!!! this was a 2 minute in person discussion with the office, I didn't call to discuss this, not even once... Lastly, please don't get back to me with PC wave nonsense, is it offensive if I say "the bigger of the 2 guys"? There is no disrespect here, or was there anywhere in my communications with you.

BCAA contracted Mitchell's Towing to take my car to the mechanic for me. Kyle arrived early, which was nice. He called to let me know he was outside, so I went down to let him in. While he was hooking up the car, he didn't require me to hang around. Aside from being punctual and conscious of my time, Kyle was also very friendly and easy to deal with. I have zero complaints and would definitely recommend Mitchell's, based on the service I received from Kyle.

I needed to get my BMW X5 towed. Being from out of province I'm not to familiar with the tow services here. I called around without luck and these guy were quick. Customer service was great and my driver James was amazing. Highly recommended.

It is a true and very disappointing story happened to our company. I hope all reviewers will be aware of that. This towing company has a contract with our strata to tow cars parking over 2 hours. They only had the one photo showing we were parking in the lot. Then three hours later they towed our car. The fact was that they took the photo at 12:36pm and we left at 1:30 pm, then came back at 3:30 pm. They DO NOT have another photo or piece of evidence showing we parked over 2 hours. We just parked the car in the same lot again at 3: 30 pm and 10 minutes later they towed our car. We have witnesses and evidence to prove our schedule.Their towing driver also admitted that he didn't double check at 2:30 pm. He came back to check at 3:40 PM so he didn't know we left early and just came back. We understand that it was a miscommunication. So we filed a dispute and showed our evidence. The Mitchell's manager ignored our evidence and abused his power saying that we violated the regulation and told us the business owners cannot park cars in visitor parking. We talked with the strata and they are very firm that they have never agreed with this regulation on the contract. I emailed Mitchell and CC our strata. I am waiting to see how this company gonna solve this problem. I am also asking their evidence to prove that we did not leave and parked their over 2 hours, and I am waiting for them to provide their solid evidence ! TO REPLY TO YOUR GOOGLE REPLY: I have emailed the strata and they literally said they have never had an agreement with your company that business owners' car cannot park at the visitor parking! I also forward your reply to the strata committee President Jack. He even mentioned he has email with your company that the committee doesn't agree with the term you mentioned. In other words, the Strata never give your company this term. I have the evidence, do you have the evidence, or do you have the contract term ? Please show me !!!!!!!!!

It was my first time using a towing service. I found upon them by chance in my neighborhood, and their customer service was outstanding. Because my car was in the underground parking in a bad location, Conner, the driver, did an excellent job. He was knowledgeable and well-behaved, and he explained everything well. Highly recommended, and many thanks for making it such a pleasant experience.

We had Kyle helping us out to get our Tesla into the tire center. I was very impressed with their service and how they kept in touch with me throughout the full process. It took a bit of time, in torrential downpours no less, to hook up the car to the tow truck. Kyle took very good care of our car and even sent us a picture of the car dropped of when it arrived at the tire shop. A+ service. Will definitely use them again.

I called Mitchell's when my son's car broke down on the side of the highway. The lady on reception was courteous and professional. The tow truck arrived really quickly. Kyle was friendly, cheery and very qualified. He got the car towed with confidence while having a kind and relaxed manner! We received a text message and photo to tell us the Jeep had arrived safely at the garage. I highly recommend this company!! They took an unpleasant experience of being stuck on the side of the road and made it pleasant and uncomplicated! Thanks Kyle - you are a credit to the company!

I believe a picture is worth a thousand words. This damage was done to my car when it was impounded by Mitchell’s towing. No one told me when they asked me to pay $204 to get my car out of their impound lot. Speaks to the calibre of drivers they have, speaks to company culture, and speaks to the level of accountability they uphold when handling other people’s property. I have emailed management and am awaiting a reply. The nice lady that worked dispatch had no idea that the car was damaged. Terrible internal communication… leaving me to discover my beautiful Tesla has been completely ruined. Prove me wrong guys… please prove me wrong.
