★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is good don't get me wrong I've enjoyed everything I ordered my problem is that if you want to get your food while your on a lunch break you'll need to order quite a bit Iadvance or you're going to have a bad time. This most likely because of their quality but don't expect anything delivered quickly.

Besides the veggies going bad before the week was up, they also completely forgot to delivery our (already paid for) meals the second week. We attempted to contact them for the next 3 days and received no response at all. Finally my wife got a hold of someone there and they refunded our money. Think about it: you pay for food and it is not delivered. Then the company just completely ghosts you and never offers an apology. Talk about a lack of respect for their customers. Unless you want to experience the worst customer service ever and sub-par food, I'd suggest choosing another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meals are well portioned. Always fresh and perfectly cooked. There was a billing discrepancy today which was handled very professionally. Vancouver muscle meals have helped me drop 25lbs and saves me a ton of time not having to shop and prep my own meals. If time is worth more than money I highly suggest you check them out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and the deliveries are always on time. I’ve only had one small issue with an order and they went above and beyond my expectations to resolve it. The convenience combined with the customer service make it a no brainer for my work meals.
I’m a fan of popcorn chicken for a mess free on the go meal, and then peanut Thai and the curry bowl for more of a sit down meal, they’re both DELICIOUS and I don’t feel like garbage after eating them.
I’d also recommend their oatmeal protein balls (Forget what their called on the menu). They’re delicious and just an easy source of some quick calories when you’re on the go.
