★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased many carpets from Tolliday and Mavyan and they are the best. The carpets are from the most sought after manufacturers abroad and they are really "works of art". If we have a problem like a spill or stain, Ara and his team are always available to pick up the carpet and get it cleaned and restored. This company really gives us piece of mind that our carpets will always be taken care of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've used Tolliday Carpet Services twice in the past 6 months to clean six area rugs; all of which had not been cleaned in 3 years and were very dirty. The owner picked up the rugs and delivered them back within the agreed timeframes. The price quoted was reasonable and the rugs came back looking like new. I am very pleased and have recommended them to friends. I would not hesitate to use their services again in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is one of the best carpet cleaning and restoration companies i have ever known and worked with.I know the owner personally and i experienced first hand how knowledgeable and professional he is.They are extremely busy but whenever a client calls he answers all the questions and tries his best.I was there i witnessed it.I gave him many rugs and carpets to be cleaned and the result was always satisfactory.Once i bought a Caucasian rug with a stain on it and because it was a small stain i was hesitant to send it all the way to Vancouver but my local guy couldn't do the job properly and i had to send it to Ara.He took care of it in one day.He has special solutions for different stains and knows how much to use.I am an antique rug dealer in New York and have been working with Tolliday Carpet Services extensively and i highly recommend their services.

Ara guided me in deciding which rugs were worthy of restoration and which rugs were better repurposed. Ara also offered suggestions upgrading my collection.
I experienced Ara as extremely knowledgeable about rugs and honest in our transactions.
Over the past 16 years, Ara and Tolliday Carpet Services have continued assisting me in maintaining my rugs and in improving my collection.

I have found Ara to be reliable, knowledgeable, professional, but most important honorable in an industry full of rogues. Tolliday sells high quality and authentic antique carpets.
Their services are not just the sale, but hand cleaning and proper repair. This knowledge and skill is hard to find especially for investment grade pieces. The carpets I have bought from Ara have increased in value as they are quality carpets. I feel comfortable relying on his advice and judgement.
