★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Water entered the basement of our home. Not knowing what the damage was, we called Tom. He answered the initial questions which made me feel better. We scheduled an appointment; he was on time, prepared, and professional. Tom was polite throughout the entire process and his report was very thorough and quick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I called Tom at Servpro to clean up our apartment since we had to QUICKLY vacate for the new owners coming in. After living there for almost 10 years, there were visible items that needed cleaning or repairs. Tom sent Sam and two other staff members over within the same morning! Tom even came over himself to get things started. Sam & Co. not only cleaned and sanitized the place, but our apartment looked BETTER THAN WHEN WE HAD NEWLY RENOVATED IT years earlier! The art stains in the kids bedrooms were gone (the carpet looked new) and every surface had a nice "shine" to it. They even cleaned out the filters in the washer and dryer, which we did not expect.
They are an incredible team - friendly, fast, professional and they look after absolutely everything. ANYONE LOOKING FOR AN EXCELLENT RESTORATION SERVICE THAT IS RELIABLE, COURTEOUS and WORTH EVERY PENNY, call ServPro! Thank you Tom, Sam and 'staff' for making everything so simple.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I noticed stains on the ceiling of our garage and knew there was a leak but was very concerned about mould since we have kids, tenants and I have breathing issues. We called around many companies but we were not satisfied with what we were told on the phone but luckily found Tom at SERVPRO who came the next day and fully explained the process and all costs upfront. They removed any moisture in the ceiling and stopped any possible mould growth. They have a great team of
technicians, drywallers and painters.
They were upfront, reliable and most of all the price was fair.
I would highly recommend them.

He explained everything clearly, understood our concerns and offered advice best to tackle our situation. After the assessment, we began the remediation promptly. Sam and Tom arrived on time and wasted none in starting the process. They were thorough and detailed in their work. Tom, Sam, and their whole team are world-class professionals and I highly recommend their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servpro of North Vancouver are in a rare league unto themselves. They are one of the very select, very the best companies I have ever hired in my life to perform a service for me. They literally tick ever single box in terms of what a customer would ever expect from a service provider.
They are dependable, punctual, highly proficient, courteous and attentively focused on doing their job, which they do very well indeed. They are also absolutely remarkable because they go above and beyond regular expectations. I was in crisis and had a tight line. With no complaints they worked crazy hours to get me out of trouble and I highly respect them for it. I would unhesitatingly recommend them to anybody.

Tom, the project manager, was very responsive and supportive. I found him very kind and professional with in-depth knowledge of the work he is doing. I would like to thank Sam and Arash for the excellent work they did in my place as well. A perfect professional team! I am glad I chose ServPro of North Vancouver for the work in my apartment.
