They were efficient and I will definitely be using them again.

I saw and read their amazing reviews and needed a quality team to look after my vacation rental in Vancouver. They ensured me that the same team would come by to clean every time, which was great because it meant that they stayed familiar with the house. We were absolutely chuffed with their service and communication overall.
You can tell that these guys really care about their clients and they tailored everything we said into each service beautifully. I know my vacation home is in safe hands and I have continued to use them again and again. Thank you for being familiar and informative with every email and conversation and for taking impeccable care of our belongings.

I work long hours and they were flexible enough to work around my schedule in a way that was convenient. The service itself was a total transformation and I couldn't be happier. The BritClean team swooped in, tidied them up no problem - along with the rest of my kitchen and bathroom. I was impressed at the depth of the clean and attention to detail. The friendly service from both the office and the on-site team was fantastic and I will definitely be using their services again!

They had to change the original scheduled time for our service and the team made a big effort to make it work with our schedule. The cleaning job was really thorough and it made our move-in experience so much better. Would definitely hire again. Thank you!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We asked for deep cleaning services which included cleaning the base trims of our walls, the inside of the cabinets, windows and blinds. We rent out our unit and want to ensure it is super clean before the next tenants.
The two girls who came were very sweet, but they didn't do a good job. Perhaps they were tired after a long day - who knows.
Our experience:
- The cabinets were not scrubbed at all. Surface clean at best. There remained dirt and stains on the inside.
- the mirrors were left with terrible streaks from the cleaner they used
- the windows were the same; full of streaks. We ended up redoing the windows and mirrors ourselves.
- the girls hadn't even touched the trim as we had asked. There was dust on all of it.
This isn't representative of a deep clean and shouldn't warrant the hourly rate charged. My partner and I were really disappointed with the experience we had.
