Great staff, Phill always does what he can to accommodate and serves the community in a great way. Looking to volunteer, cant think of a better way to help others and yourself. I volunteered at tbe Van location and was rewarded with a decent amount groceries

Beware ! I’ve constantly had cashiers adding in $2-10 to the bill , depending on how many items you’re buying (the more items that distract you while check out- not necessarily how much you’re paying) especially the Persian male and female cashiers are the worst . He added in a $9 sausage that I never picked up !! Unbelievable . Word of advice - your receipt before you leave the store and make sure it’s correctly billed

Rude. Incompetent. Some unrealistic high prices for expired stuff. Did I mention rude?

Very nice staffs, very clean store. A totally very helpful place to go shopping when you are on financial difficulty. You needs to be a member by obtaining a card in order to shop there thou. A lady manager is very kind she once give me a freebie due to lots of supply and it’s not gonna last long products.

Jan 17, 2021 - observed staff wearing masks and adhering to guidelines and mandates. Keep up the great work. All of you are doing great work and fulfilling a major gap by ensuring people get healthy food at a decent cost during these tough times. If your low income this non-proffit organization offers healthy food options. Great idea! Any Social worker, a Basics for Health volunteer at REACH community health centre, or Salvation Army, and many other non-profits and govt organization employee can print and fill out the membership request form that clients can then bring to any Quest location, obtain a card, and shop on the spot. No more faxing required.
