W	Wyatt Miller-Unser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fine thrift store, books are really cheap here, clothing selection is meh/ok with ok pricing. Stock doesn't move very fast and is on the low end of quality, for some reason seems like it all comes from low-income areas despite being right on lonsdale. The salvarm in Mt pleasant has much better stock and lower prices. Never had a problem with the staff like other reviews, they ring me through and smile, always polite.

They also wouldn’t let me speak to the manager so I ended up calling her myself and she essentially told me I was lying. Bad bad bad
S	Sparkles Mary on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got accused of shop lifting when I had just entered the store meanwhile there's like 20 older ladies shoplifting. Place is way over priced. More expensive than retail, plus they don't even go down when you explain you can get the stuff brand new in store for a cheaper price. The staff followed me around the whole time. It's not Gucci it's not even Hollister it's salvation army cool your jets people. It's not the same as it used to be... I get it that thrifting has now become cool but common 30 dollars for a sweater that's just ridiculous and then 15 dollars for a candle holder??? Blows my mind. Not to mention during the winter time I saw a guy that looked like he was struggling asking for a jacket (not stealing it) and the short haired lady the same one that screamed at me when I had entered the store told him she would pick it for him and it was some ladies bomber jacket. The guy looked like he was going to cry. I think donations could be given to a lot better places tbh plus they throw out so much of it in the dumpster out back. It's insane... they could just bring it to the DTES or have a dollar section or something. Just my two cents. I do not recommend going here. You are better off going to aritzia or men's club way cheaper.
T	Top Ten Colour Consultation on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run Run like Mafia store..rude staff and management....everything is so ovepriced...prices like in antique store...not affordable for low income people...which is suppose to be.... This store operates on the pure Greed and not a Compation... 15%of revenue goes to Sal Army, the rest to a private oversee company who bought a brand....what a scam! The worst customer service. They are taking items out of your hand at the cashier check out desk and changing price for the item right in front of you... Took out a cup and said that it has a saucer somewhere in the store when i asked about location of the saucer they just took item and left me with nothing....
S	Stella Silverwater on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only nice employee is the taller lady with the glasses and long hair. She's always pleasant, but the rest of them are horrendous. Serious work needs to be put into their customer service.Also, I'm not sure why Salvation Army has kept their fitting rooms closed for so long, but it's getting ridiculous. EVERY SINGLE clothing store I've been to have fitting rooms open - even the thrift store next door to here, Hunter and Hare. On the official government website it says that, "Fitting rooms: There are no requirements regarding fitting rooms as of July 1, 2021." Which means It's almost been a year! It's very unfair to do this as it makes the customers purchase clothes without knowing what they look like - probably a ploy to earn more money. Will not be returning and don't recommend that you visit either. Just greed and more greed (see the other bad reviews). If you're on the North Shore, go to SPCA, the hospital thrift store, or Hunter and Hare instead. Heck, even the value village is better than this place.

A	Amanda Whittaker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location had very friendly helpful staff but some of the items are obscenely priced for a thrift store. Case in point this Tupperware container of 40 USED/AS IS Lego people for $130.00! Absolutely bonkers.
H	Harwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff that prefer to chit chat than serve customers at the till. Incredibly overpriced items... almost as bad as value village. Used puzzle for $15,00. I can but new for about the same price. And a used puzzle for $6.99 that had a $4.99 tag. Avoid this thrift store as there are better ones.
