★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had crippling arthritis since I was 40 years old. I have tried acupuncture, physiotherapy, massage and nothing has worked for me for pain management until I met Kerri. The exercises are tough but Kerri is always upbeat, kind, encouraging and has been successful in taking away a lot of the pain. Thank you Kerri from the bottom of my heart, you are the best!
