β β β β β Went to visit here for the first time this week. Kayla was 15 minutes late for my appointment, as I was the first and last one waiting in the lobby. When I asked about what rehab exercises to do, she did not have a band ready to show me how to execute the exercises properly. She said she would email me the rehab exercises to me but never did. Overall dissapointing experience here with poor service and would not recommend. I will not be coming back.

Kevin Cliff has worked miracles on a nagging three-year shoulder injury, showing rapid improvement in my range of motion and pain reduction. Kevin is efficient, very personable and has given me great care in a short period of time. Highly recommended!

β β β β β Great set up. Nico was recommended and is first class. I had at least a 30 min consult & treatment, then about an hour in the gym space working on specific stretches under supervision. Then an ice/compression, then a check out chat with Nico before I left. They followed by e-mailing me the stretch program. Very thorough. Appt was $90 which I feel to be great value.

β β β β β Terrible experience with Mark Robbins. He was 40 minutes late and without any testing told me I have a disc issue then proceeded to do IMS. After dry needling he told me our session is over and to come see him again next week. Went and saw a different Physio and they did a bunch of tests and was given a clear diagnosis of my issues as well as amazing treatment. Stay clear from this Physio as they wonβt even spend the full 20 minutes with you as they book multiple patients in the same slot and just want you to keep on coming back with no care of getting any betterβ¦

β β β β β Got in to see my favorite physiotherapist Saranne on Thursday for tendonitis in my shoulder!! Had a lot of treatments and some exercises to do today!! Had injections from my GP on Wednesday before the treatments today!!

β β β β β Have been a client of this modern Orthopaedic and Physio Center since September, 2021. Last Fall to treat a cervical problem; most recently to treat a chronic lumbar condition.
My Physio is Mark Robins.
I mention him by name because I am surprised at the negative review of this professional by one of the reviews.
I have had, and continue to have the best experience with this Therapist.
He is always prompt, attentive, keenly focussed on doing the right things to return me to my previous health. This includes the gym and home exercises he designed to follow treatment.
In fact, all of the staff at this facility are tops- the Receptionists, the Kinesiologists and support staff in the well-equipped gym and post treatment area.
I highly recommend this Physio Center and my Therapist.

Treated by Mark Robbins, initially for tennis elbow (very good course of treatment and I've made a good recovery) and am now seeing him again for hip joint issues. Mark listens well, is prompt and helpful. The faculty itself is excellent - large clean gym with many attentive staff.
