★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SaraCares Carpet went way above and beyond to help me with my needs. I suffer from severe allergies to chemicals, therefore, my carpet required special care.
While other carpet cleaning companies said they couldn't help me, Dana at SaraCares told me he would start researching products that would suit my needs. He found a couple, but we weren't able to use them.
Then we decided to use vinegar instead (as recommended by the Canadian Mortgage Housing Corporation). Dana was extremely careful about my floors and walls, putting up 'corner guards' etc. He was sure to wash my carpet several times in order to make sure the vinegar came out.
Not only that, he offered to come back for another clean to ensure everything got out. He was just as concerned as I am about my allergies.
I highly recommend SaraCares to everyone. The personal, friendly service is unbeatable .... not to mention that he brings the name of his business to life. This company really does care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dana from saraCares was exceptional! knowledgeable, efficient, courteous. what a fabulous job they did of my mother's 50+ year old carpet! I was ready to toss this hand woven wool carpet it looked so bad. but after cleaning it for a reasonable price, it absolutely wowed both of us! I wanted it for myself- it came up like the rare piece of antique art that it is - only looking totally brand new. very surprising the quality of care and cleaning that we got with Dana and saraCares - and I've had some bad and mediocre experiences with carpet cleaning in the past. these folks really know what they're doing, and they do it beautifully. wouldn't hesitate to hire them for any and all carpet cleaning, even sensitive/delicate antique stuff you really care about. Kudos, saraCares!

Plus, they're in constant use, so scheduling a good time for cleaning meant a very narrow window, if cleaning would even suffice! (We had feared they would require replacement, which would be a huge budgetary hit.)
Dana and SaraCares were friendly, professional, and accommodating. Dana came to inspect beforehand, and based on his decades of experience, he suggested methods of decontamination that saved our rugs, making them clean and fresh, and on the schedule we needed! Truly amazing, and I can't recommend them strongly enough.

They are extremely friendly, professional, and provide exceptional service (which, candidly, seems rarer and rarer these days in Vancouver!) I had a very tough stain on the rug which I harboured no illusions of being able to get out, but SaraCares did their best and it's barely visible now! The value for money is excellent and they even charged me less than what they quoted. This is a family run Vancouver business that I will now use for everything (rugs, couch, etc). Thank you so much!!
