★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a pre-booked scheduled pick up arranged with Drake’s competitor Buster’s but they failed to show up. I called Drake’s and they had a tow truck at my location in an hour and the driver was very friendly and helpful. If you need towing definitely use Drake’s!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had locked my car keys in my car at the most inopportune time and have had bad experiences in the past with locked keys in the car so I was pretty frustrated this time around, knowing I'd have to generally spend $100+ just to get them out. I got referred to Drake Towing by another locksmith company that seemed to work closely with them and after a call with the Drake Towing representative (couldn't remember his name), I was immediately feeling a lot better. The locksmith, Jack, came in around 20 minutes (I've had to wait hours for locksmiths in the past) and had such a positive energy, it was impossible to stay frustrated at my situation. He took less than 5 minutes to get my keys out and gave me a super good price on top of that. Definitely will be keeping Drake Towing on speed dial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of Drake Towing's drivers gave me the middle finger while road raging on me while I merged onto the highway. Not sure why he was so mad as there was about 20 car lengths between us when I merged. He decided to race up right to me, tailgated me for about a kilometer before he passed in the left lane in a rage and flipped me his middle finger. He had a vehicle in tow at the time too. Very unprofessional, I wouldn't recommend them. Try anyone of the many towing companies before you try Drake. If this is the type of conduct to expect from their drivers to a stranger, imagine if you were a customer! Called their office they didn't seem to care either. The manager's name was Mark.

His customer service, experience and overall "Get the job done " attitude was really amazing! Alex is truly a great asset at Drake Towing and should be recognize for his awesome skills and attitude on the work he performed today. Thank You Alex!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tow truck driver was friendly, however, being friendly ended up costing me double on my bill.
$159 per hour for flat deck towing. The driver shows up at 8:47 pm, we get the car loaded quickly, then he starts asking me a bunch of questions about the vehicle (it's not a car you see every day). I spend 8 or 9 minutes answering his questions about my car, and hearing about his history around Italian cars as a child, etc. No problem, very friendly guy, I trust he took good care of my car while it was with him.
First, he pulls into the wrong complex, no problem, finds his way to the correct shop and they open the door. He sees another nice and rare car in their shop and a conversation ensues. After that, My car is unloaded into the shop at 9:56 pm. Exactly 1 hour and 9 minutes.
My bill was $333.90 Cents for 1 hour and 9 minutes. I got charged double because the driver was chatty.
