★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a cut-throat towing company! I parked my van in a commercial allowed spot and I got towed. I’ll definitely dispute this ticket. Very stealthy and sneaky employees! Real black belt ninjas!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GF's car was totalled and we had to stop by to get it. Could've been smother but overall it went well. I will say that one gent (Didn't get his name. I think Amir?) Really went above and beyond for us. This dude went out of his way to help us and it made a huge difference in our day. Big shoutout to him - I don't know that I properly thanked him but I wish I did. Going to a towing yard is never fun and I am sure the people here put up with all sorts of abuse. It was nice to be shown a bit of humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Early in the morning Busters towing came through for .e when my engine stalled on Oak street bridge. With the exception of a 240 dollar bill to tow to my garage in Maple Ridge they were great. In this day and age, 240 bucks barely pays his gas...or mine for that matter. Good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever, tow truck put the wrong model of my car so when i call was not in the files, after that i had to make a police report then icbc. Police called me days after, your vehicle has been found and it's at the *buster towing*
250 bucks for many nights impound then guess what ??? Lady upfront told me your vehicle has no plates, so at 10 I cannot get plates so I paid for tow back no problem, truck arrives at home and take another guess ??
It has plates.
Owner is never in office, rude people and very very incompetent,
I'm going to proceed legally, at this point I dont care paying more but they have to do their job well...or be properly trained.
Worst service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived home from vacation to find my vehicle had been towed. I thought I would have issues picking it up on a stat holiday but I didn’t run into any. Busters is open 24 hours for vehicle retrieval and the process is very easy. Lot is secure, area is a bit sketchy.
To pay go to 425 industrial ave and not the metal gate. 435 is where you enter to get your car after.
I suggest to call ahead to find out the estimated amount due and what time it adds on another daily rate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Busters Towing had the gall to tow four vehicles of service men who were parked on military premises, assisting with the desperate flooding. Busters did not make good, guys had to pay to have their cars released. Thank you for contributing to the society, Busters. We really don't need your lack of ethics in this society...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is not my first time on the busters lot. It seemed to be far cleaner and more organized then my last visit. They also were quick to arrive when I needed to get my keys out of my locked car.
