★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been a patient of Dr. Debono's for 30 years and he's great! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and doesn't rush you out of his office to get on to the next patient. I'd highly recommend him!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although the doctors there are good, the staff that handles the frames and lenses has a very bad customer service. They never call to let you know that your glasses are ready, until you call back and check. Do not buy frames or lenses from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hate going to the optometrist but Dr. DeBono is one of if not the best doctors I have ever had. He tricks you into getting comfortable by becoming a friend and before you know it, the examination is over. For someone with a near phobia of having things go near his eyes... this is quite the accomplishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family of 5 had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Hanna. We have been under his care for a few years. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and takes the time and care to explain his findings. He was very caring and interactive with my 3 young kids, exhibiting great patience when working with them. We look forward to seeing him again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Debono is a very friendly optometrist. Made the eye exam very smooth. Also had another lady help me with contact trials & helped me every step of the way. The cost of the exam was $130, & if you have insurance, it was $80. Great that they bill your insurance directly. Will continue to come here. FYI, it’s a shared space with Vogue Optical

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't disagree more with the reviewer that said: "the staff that handles the frames and lenses has a very bad customer service." Because of that comment - I almost didn't give them my business however I decided to give it a try due of convenience of the location. To my surprise, the customer service was top notch. Goes to show - don't believe all the negative reviews you read - try it your self and make up your own mind. I will definitely recommend this place for your optical needs. All best you guys! you have a great team. Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Diamond Tam had originally completed an eye surgery 2 years ago. Not only did he not follow up within those years but has moved clinics and failed to mention any information to his patients. As he moved to this clinic, was admitted to hospital due to surgery issues and ER doctor wrote a referral to go back to the original doctor who performed the surgery (stiches did not dissolve nor a follow up was complete as he performed a temporary fix) which was Dr. Diamond Tam and to my surprise, he has declined the file and refused to take back the work he completed. Please be aware of the mishandling and failure to ensure his patients are taken care and lack of healthcare guidance. I would not recommend at all.
