★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we came to Ameil to help us find our first home in Mississauga, we already had a bitter experience of the bidding war in the Resale Market and had lost 4 bids which were very disappointing for us.
Ameil took his time to understand our needs, listen to our frustrations and cater our search aligned with our needs and budget. He gave us a feeling of confidence and hope on our first meeting which lasted about 2 hours and after that, we visited quite a few condo apartments within the next few days and finally, managed to find an apartment within a week.
In this crazy bidding market, Ameil did an incredible job to find an apartment below the asking price and without going into the bidding war. Ameil and Dina made the whole experience a memorable one for us and they have given us a lot of time and guided us correctly along the whole process.
We’ll definitely recommend Ameil Gill and his team to any of our friends and family who are planning to buy any real estate in Toronto in the near future. We wish them all the best!
