I work in the financial industry self employed I am well aware what good customer service skills can do for a business. At the time I had a home that was going to go on sale later. Well later was 6 years there was nothing but professional friendly advice regarding my personal situation. He was helpful in assisting with the sale of my contents he provide me with additional locker and parking for me to purchase. He even assisted in packing the moving van. His attention to detail, his responsiveness and his genuine care to do the best for his client comes through in every instance. He has a large support network of lawyers, mortgage agents, contractors(painting, plumbing etc), so you don't have to stress running around. You can literally leave it all in his hands! After spending the first few hours of time visiting properties with Farhan, he bought his trust and he is now part of our family too. We always feel privileged that we know Farhan and he deserves all the credits for our happiness today.
When you get an opportunity to visit properties with Farhan, you might initially get surprised to see his deep knowledge on any technical detail of a house. That indeed gets you a lot of confidence. He scanned every property much more than us. He got more questions than us to the seller so that we are aware of what we are getting into. He also helped us avoid making a mistake while we thought of choosing a house which is not worth its price. This is especially needed during these times with properties getting sold for a lot higher than the asking price.
After Farhan helping us bid the right price for the right property, we won the bid and finally bought a property in Mississauga. We know every detail about the house because of what Farhan explored for us. His support did not just stop after our closing. He has always been there for us with the right suggestions even after we moved into the house.
As i mentioned above, if you work with Farhan, you would not only win a great experience but you would also feel privileged that your realtor is Farhan.
