β β β β β We are relatively new in Canada and we are so proud to have our own home now. A BIG thanks to Surbhi and Nitin from the bottom of our heart for guiding us like a student and helping us in every step. There are a lot of realtors out there looking out for in-experienced new buyers like me with tons of hidden things be it paper work, making an offer, getting the advance back in case of issues, factors to consider to save the buyer in case a deal doesn't workout or be it mortgage. My friend who was stuck with another realtor spent sleepless nights and had to beg for money to his family/friends to close a deal due to wrong advice from his realtor. We are very fortunate we got ref from a friend and now we are so happy in our new home. A++ realtor, would definitely recommend them!!!

As a first-time home buyer, I had some many questions and concerns which were always thoroughly addressed by him. From scheduling multiple viewings to answering queries post-closing, Nitin was always helpful. I am extremely gratefully to Team Bhutani for their excellent and round the clock service, especially given my tight schedule. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

They gave me the best options as per price point and relentlessly followed up with sellers agent to ensure the deal is accepted. Additionally Nitin found the right Mortgage advisor, Attorney and Home Inspection Service to close the deal. I would like to add that Team Bhutani possess great soft skills which is always a value add in having conversations and negotiations. The team is really experienced, responsive and professional and I was given insight during every stage starting from booking the showings till the closure. β β β β β I cant say enough good things about Surbhi & Nitin. With the crazy real estate market, we were anxious would we be able to get a home with all the requirements. But right from the beginning Surbhi & Nitin understood our needs and went above and beyond to make sure we get our dream house. They really care about their clients and it shows. They took the time to really know what we wanted, were able to answer all our questions and their tips were invaluable. We are actually not very decisive people when it comes to making big purchases β but they were very patient in explaining us things and arranging the showings of the houses that exactly matched our requirements. What really stood out for us was their incredible networking. They were able to provide us with the real estate lawyers, home inspectors, etc. and they were all best at their work. We werenβt expecting our real estate agents to be one-stop shop but Surbhi & Nitin were our one point person. The best part of the deal was in todayβs extremely competitive real estate market they were able to find us our Dream Home in our budget and that as well with everything that we wanted. Not sure what magic wand Nitin has but his words certainly worked magic on the seller real estate agent that we got the deal ο We had a very smooth and seamless experience with Team Bhutani and we would definitely recommend them to everyone.
