★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst costumer service ever... The tall cashier lady was very rude. We asked her about some products. She keep saying "what" "what" She does not know anything about all products...... We also waited for more than 20 minutes because she just hide into the storage. no other costumers were waiting. she just disappear..... I wish I could give a zero star. Do not go here.... dollar tree is much better.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No return policy. Headphones wouldn't Bluetooth with my daughter's tablet or with my phone. With my son's tablet it made a constant buzzing sound. They wouldn't return or exchange even though I bought them the day prior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I absolutely love this store. They truly care about the pandemic and are trying their best to contribute in keeping everyone safe, especially their customers. They keep giving out free things that just feels like they want to help end the pandemic even though it may cost them some money. The 1st time, I got a free mask. The 2nd time they gave me 2 500mL bottles of hand sanitizer! No other store has done what Miniso did so far!
Everything is very cute and cheap yet high quality in there, even their electronic products. You can find many things there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A neat little store that sells a variety of little goods including cell phone power banks, cutlery, stuffed animals, makeup, and on and on. The items are very reasonably priced and selection is wide. Great for trinkets.
Staff is friendly and the store is very clean and organized. It's also quite cramped in there, especially when it's busy. Parking is plentiful.
The only thing is all sales are final, and it's not a place I'd go every week. But you can find a rare gem for a good price, and the quality of the items are pretty good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love anything that's cute and cheap! This place is just that! I love it even more that it's Japanese products! I bought facial masks! A box of 3 cost $2.99! I'll go back here for a top up! Our 1st visit wasn't really pleasant because it was so crowded because it just opened! We spent probably over 30 mins queuing to pay. Also their prices of drinks were mislabeled. The group ahead of us complained about which made the waiting longer! Though all these things are understandable just cause they just opened! I'll still come back here though, maybe after a few months so it won't be as crowded!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get some face masks for my birthday and saw they were advertising mix and match “mystery bag” and I was so excited because it was advertised to be a mix of cute items from the store. I understand it’s a mystery box but literally everything in the bag was marvel, okay if there’s 1-3 but all 5 items are super hero stuff and I’m not a super hero fan at all. It’s just disappointing because If it was advertised as a marvel mystery bag then I would not have bought it. It felt like such a waste of money and more of a disappointment even though it was only 15$.

I got all the things on the first pic for $30 and all the items like sanitizer, face masks and refreshing spray in second pic are FREE. Store is clean and the staffs are nice. Always a fun place to visit to see what new products they have.
