β β β β β I really enjoyed clinic experience. Everyone was friendly and professional- from receptionist to ultrasound technician. Doctor received the results the same day the exam was done that is really fast (comparing to other clinics)!
Highly recommend!

β β β β β The employees are very good and extremely nice. I had X-rays and an ultrasound. I have been there before and it has become my go to place for imaging. A couple of recommendations: All staff should wear name tags and when they greet every client, they introduce themselves and explain who they are and what they will be doing. Communication is key. Also, the pillow provided for X-rays must have paper placed on it for each person and discarded afterward due to hygiene. Just some tips that will make the place even better.

β β β β β It was really messy in there. The garbage in the room I was in for my exam was actually almost full to the ceiling. There were brown stains on the ceiling above the exam bed. There wasn't any paper towel in the bathroom. The technician gave me a roll of toilet paper to clean myself off with after the exam. It was crazy because I've been there before and it was never like that.

β β β β β The ultrasound tech(s) here tend to lack some bedside manners at times and I have once had to return again after leaving my appointment because they did not complete my exam as per the requisition requested. Apart from that I have not had any significant negative experiences here, which would initially cause me to give this place an average 3-Star rating. However, asides from having to wait 10-30 minutes after my appointment time, (which has always been met with sincere apologies from the dark-haired receptionist) their thorough and highly competent receptionist is the sole reason I am giving this place 4 stars instead.
ETA: Due to the response from the manager and staff at this facility, I have changed my opinion (and review) to a 5 star.

β β β β β Poor service. Firstly I had to wait over 30 minutes for my turn. There is no value of patient's time. Secondly, they use the slowest machines ever. Please save yourself and look for another lab if you don't want to end up lying down for 2 hours straight because of their slow systems. I asked for a printout of ultrasound but she didn't even respond well to my request. I regret going there :(

β β β β β The technician is very good and polite. The place is clean and they always answer calls within reasonable time. But they didn't send the results to my doctor without being contacted multiple times. I also had to wait for over 30 minutes each time I went there.

β β β β β I don't usually write reviews but had to share my horrible experience from my appointment this morning at this clinic. I am in my third trimester getting an ultrasound done to make sure my baby is growing well. I felt like the technician was terrible and very unprofessional. Seemed like she really didn't know what she was talking about. At the end I received the worst quality photos that barely shows anything and were mislabeled. She also made the lady after me wait 30 additional minutes which resulted in a really uncomfortable interaction afterwards. Ultimately I'm very concerned that she didn't get the right measurements of the baby considering how scattered she was during my appointment. I've been to other clinics that have way better communication and quality when it comes to the ultrasound pictures. I wouldn't recommend going here.
