★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here with my partner because he kept singing Milu's praises. Now I know why he became their bard. We ordered Milu Ultimate and lemongrass chicken v-subs. I could not get my eyes off of their basil seed drinks, so I had to get one. The server was helpful and patient with our order! I am also happy to see how observant they are about covid guidelines -- I accidentally walked the wrong way when I was leaving and a cashier kindly pointed me the right way.
Everything we ordered was delicious! I had no idea what the basil seed drink would taste like going in, but the taste is pleasant and homely. The best analogue for it that I can make is that it tastes like a cross between watermelon and spinach. Very refreshing!
The Milu Ultimate is now an instant favourite of mine. They put a lot of meat on it and juuuuust the right amount of cilantro. I'm not normally a fan of cilantro (I have that thing where it tastes like soap), but I am glad I made an exception this time around. The lemongrass chicken sandwich was also good, the chicken was saucy and had the perfect texture for the sandwich.
(As a sidenote, you can also grab some wifi from the Freshii nearby. But you didn't hear it from me.)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered beef satay sub and Vietnamese iced coffee.
Found the satay too thick, and tasting more like a gravy.
Couldn't really taste anything other than the satay.
At $12 it is on the pricer side as well.
Ice coffee was good.
Maybe the other subs are better but would not recommend the satay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pleasantly surprised when walking in, the menu was posted right above the till area, easy to read, listing all ingredients for every meal.
Loved the seating area and arrangement, the chairs were very comfortable.... the food was delivered to table and was quick... very delicious and prepared well... I will go back anytime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a returning customer, I was disapointed at the way I was spoken to by a girl staff. I asked for a bubble tea (Taro and Tapioca) she asked something else but I could not understand so I kindly repeated my order and she raised her voice and said "THEN YOU ANSWER NO" To what she asked. I was taken aback and I said sorry I didn't understand what you asked so she raised her voice again and corrected me infront of other customers. I asked for the supervisor and she said supervisor was not there. Called and spoke to the supervisor who apparently was there the entire time and she was giggling the whole time. I will go out of my way to purchase bubble tea elsewhere from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We love the Bubble tea and many of the menu options. My reason for not giving five stars is that unfortunately, there is an employee there, who’s customer service skills lack. When she is talking behind a mask, and a pane of plexiglass, unfortunately she is very hard to understand. I typically have a very good ear and don’t usually have a hard time understanding anyone. When I’ve had to ask her to repeat herself, she responds very loudly and negatively and starts off by shouting “ I said !” …
I know at my job, if I have to repeat communication, I could never display that type of behaviour. Anyways, great food, but watch out on how you talk to customers, they may mention it to others and find Bubble tea from many other options in our city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The grilled pork on rice noodles was very good. The only downside is the prices. I understand the quality and taste is great, but it cost us $43 dollars for lunch. But we might come and pickup some for a nice supper home in the future. That price range is usually reserved for supper time in our household.

Was Not disappointed in the fresh rolls at all. It's all I order anyway. ? I thought I'd try one instead of going to my OG Vietnamese restaurant that I go to. But these ones are bigger than the ones I get ? from the other Vietnamese restaurant. But the store is too too far away. So I'll still give 5 star. ?
