The pharmaceutical lady who works at this pharmacy is extremely unpleasant and rude. Sometimes I had this type of service at this pharmacy by this pharmaceutical lady, but I thought it was something circumstantial. But it is not. It is constant. I usually go to this pharmacy for the convenience of being close to my house, but unfortunately this lady makes it impossible for me to be a customer there again. My comment is for you to look for better options.

Unreliable!!! Booked covid vaccination and drove to downtown for 30 minutes on an icy and cold day and when I arrived, staff said no vaccine left and all used up. It was around 3pm. They explained it was computer system error but I believe pharmacy gave anyone who comes first to the site as many as possible not to waste any leftover due to potential no-show persons so that they can maximize the utilization of opened vaccine vials for the day and make money. Apologies does not seem truthful. I had to return home for nothing driving for more than an hour wasting my time, my spouse's time, gas to drive and stress. I lost previous booking with other pharmacies as I cancelled when I booked this one. When I tried to book a new with other location, it is already filled and I had to wait for a week delayed than I originally booked. What a havoc and inconvenience. If the pharmacy cannot fulfill the commitment they made to the public, they have to come up with an understandable remedy. Not merely saying sorry one word.

I’ve been coming here for convenience sake, as my doctors office is located in the same building. I have to say that some of the staff here are incredibly unprofessional. It’s not just a β€˜once off’ visit here where I’ve been completely unacknowledged, it’s every time I come here to pick up a prescription. It would be nice to actually be greeted when walking through the door instead of standing there for almost 10 minutes feeling invisible. The customer service is really lacking but if that was the only issue, I’m sure I could deal. But, I get the exact same prescriptions every month and a half, and it doesn’t make sense to me that I can pick up Dexedrine, no questions asked BUT get denied basic birth control multiple times even with a prescription from my doctor, I leave feeling exhausted and overwhelmed because it’s a constant battle to receive my prescribed meds. I totally get that it might be the β€œrules” that they only allow 3 months of BC at a time, but like, if I have 1 pack at home and I’m travelling to the pharmacy to pick up other medication, why is it a battle to receive the other two packs while I’m there? It’s gotten to the point where I just accept it and make more trips than necessary, and now when I pick up, instead of waiting there and feeling completely uncomfortable, I’ll go to COOP and walk around until it’s ready, or call ahead. The whole process is super uncomfortable and has actually resulted in being much more inconvenient for me. I plan on switching pharmacies.

Prefer to support independent local - until I feel taken advantage of. Stopped in for over the counter iron supplement and the pharmacist wrote it up as a β€œprescription” and charged me the fill fee for two bottles. I have for years gotten it over the counter at whichever pharmacy is convenient at the time but never charged a fill fee. I paid it begrudgingly and mentioned how exorbitant it was but also was pressed for time. I would love to come back but not if this is their standard. Please change my mind.

The pharmacist who provided me with my travel vaccines was very informative and helpful. She gave me the vaccinations and medication I needed for travelling to Vietnam. I booked an appointment online but called to confirm and had no problems. Would recommend.

Very nice staff! I took my 8-year old to do PCR. It turned out: 1) I got many helpful information on taking care of the sick kid: when to take the kid to see a doctor, what medicine to take... 2) I also got to know the opposite clinic have 18 family doctors. (It is such a near place to our home and I did know there is any family doctor there.) It is such a help information. I appreciate all!
