★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. They will forget to deliver your meds EVERY TIME, even if you call them the day before and the day of. If you try to pick them up, they won’t be filled. Just absolutely awful. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if 0 was an option. Save your time and go to a real pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has gone significantly downhill since the powers that be got rid of all of the good people that used to work here and replaced them all with a group of new hires that obviously don’t care how well they do the customer service part of their job. Also, the don’t believe in compassion and all they care about is how quickly they can finish their day and go home. You can sit here for 1/2 a day at times waiting for your prescription only to be told that after 40 mins of you waiting that the pharmacist is still checking your prescription. But funny enough that’s what the told you an hour and a half ago.
There was nothing wrong with the old head pharmacist and they should have never got rid of him because the place just ticked along just fine with him at the helm and with his fine team. So please don’t rely on any reviews that have been posted before July 1, 2019 as they do not reflect the current state of the pharmacy today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience with this lady according to her she is the owner of pharmacy.she got my prescription at 3pm dr prescribed me injections and tablets. she said i am little busy please wait after 1hr she told me to come tomorrow or send some one if you don’t have time to come, i said ok give me the injection she said ok and after 90 min she denied to give me a shot. When i ask her if you don’t have the shot or you don’t have time then you should tell me before why you told me to wait her answer is now we closed you can go otherwise i cll 911 then she start shouted on me and cll 911 i have everything in video go and check YouTube 11 avenue pharmacy behaviour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire staff of ACT and the newly renovated pharmacy area are very refreshing. The pharmacy staff are very kind, knowledgeable and efficient considering the urgency of people who are sometimes impatient. Good Job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time going and they weren't very kind. Grumpy - perhaps because I arrived 30min before closing but I did call ahead to let them know when I was coming. They did not like that I wanted to pay with cash even though I wanted to get rid of it - told me it was too inconvenient. Didn't process my direct billing correctly and when I went to a different pharmacy it went through completely fine. I am normally very easy going but this honestly wasn't a good experience.
