★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered takeout from here twice now because I love supporting local businesses, but sadly this place is not for me. The spices are wonderful, naan bread is fluffy, and the saffron rice has a generous amount of saffron, BUT the butter chicken was way, way undercooked to the point I'm going to have to throw the whole tray out. The sauce wasn't very appealing, the cuts of chicken were fatty and appeared under marinated. On top of that, I was charged more than the prices listed on their website and not given the phone-in discount. Perhaps I just managed to catch them on two randomly bad nights? I'm very sorry to say we really did not enjoy our meals tonight and won't return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is one of the best in Calgary hands down!!! I am not being biased because I'm Indian!!!!? it's just that my experience has been so EXCELLENT! I order through Doordash almost daily so I have instructions that I give to the Chef and they have Never failed! I have a problem with some Indian restaurants not having a fair portion of lamb even after requesting it I'll get four pieces! This restaurants portions are so good and they respect their customers! This is the only place I literally order from because I Am So Pleased with them?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been driving in front of taste is India for ages, and just now I had the chance to eat here. Great food, it tasted the way it should. Generous portions, excellent naan fresh from the in-house tandoor. Service was quick and polite. I'll come back for more!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reached the restaurant and took a seat at 2:10pm. Someone took my order at 2:20. Usually when we reach a restaurant they will ask what you want for drink, but they didn't even ask. So i went on to ask for some water but even at 2:30 i didn't get water. The service was poor. The chicken was half cooked and still could see blood. The prawns were good. Reason to give 2 stars
