B	Bri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not unusual to wait 3 to 4 hours to be seen for an appointment that was BOOKED. Not a walk-in, but an actual booked appointment. They don't respect your time at all and treat everyone like a junkie no matter how long you've been clean. Doctors don't really care about you or how you're doing, you're lucky to talk to them for more than 3 minutes. If it's for anything except a dosage change don't expect an actual answer. The only thing they do here is provide medication, nothing else. Don't expect any sort of counselling because the counsellor is never in, and you can't even make appointments for counselling.

Being Sneaky and not putting your prescription into the computer and then just Serving other patients Right in front of you !My order just sat there and These People who work there KNOW how to Push clients to the limit And Expect No ABUSES from Us !! I had to wait 45 min for my witness drink And you have a young boy come in and they give his to him within 5 min ?Very Antagonistic and provoking !!

I go here every week for a year not once we're they ever friendly or cracked a smile. The nurse's and doctors are okay. But the pharmacist and reception are terrible! They should be fired!

Because of this, the make patients wait sometimes for 4 or 5 hours before they see them because they know the patient has NO choice but to wait and that there's NOTHING they can do about it! They have ZERO RESPECT for their patients time! Second, let's address the reception staff. They are granted WAY to much access to patients personal information. You never know if you're going to be treated nicely or horribly. It seems they live gossip and drama! Third, I can't even with the doctors!!!! WOW!!!! You are just a number, NOT a person with real medical problems and you're certainly NOT a person with real feelings! And you are 100% NOT a person whose time is just as important as theirs!!!! You are a $$$$ to them!!!!
