The employees are great and the doctor explains very well. I give them 5 stars for the wonderful service for my dog ? ? They are reasonable on prices and they are very professional ?

Efficient and well informed staff provided options for my ailing American Cocker Spaniel. Keeping her comfortable and presenting me with the best course for her continued health.

Took really good care of our puppy dog when we wanted to get him fixed (he was the same dog when we came back to get him no fix horror stories) Super friendly staff, strongly recommend bringing your pet to this place.

My wife made an appointment to bring our cat for a second antibiotics shot for bladder infection. When the appointment was made, my wife specifically asked if there would be re-examination fee. She was told there won't be any. Guess what? When I looked at the invoice the next day, I noticed we were charged the re-examination fee. I called Metrotown animal hospital to see if they could reverse the charge. The answer was "no" because the lady on the phone said that we did not mention to them not to charge the re-exam fee when my car was brought in the second time. This is not right. Be careful! the team of people who works in the front desk or answers the phone calls does not keep detailed records. The veterinarian may be good, but whoever works in the front is absolutely useless. Check your invoices, people. Once my cat has all the antibiotics shots, I will never, ever bring my cat in again! I just felt like I was scammed.

Will not be returning to this vet. Took our cat in for a check up and they suggested we get some yearly vaccines so we agreed. A few minutes later (after they took her to the back alone, behind several doors) I hear my cat literally death screaming as if they are torturing her in the back. I don’t think anyone could listen to their own cat screaming like that, any sane person would know that something is not right. After a few seconds I decided I would go back there since it actually started to get worse. I go into the room and they have four (4) people pinning my cat to a table with one person dedicated to shoving a muzzle on here. She has scratches all over her face and ears so its obvious how rough they were being with her. As soon as they saw me walk in they stopped pushing so hard on her and tried to tell me that they did this because the vet had a tiny scratch on his finger (like have you never dealt with a cat before?) She weighs about 7 lbs. and we trimmed her claws right before taking her... Upon further discussion with the vet (“Dr” Manjnder Hans) failed to explain why they were being so rough with her and why they didn’t even contact the owner if they were having difficulties. This is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. To finish it all off they said they would give us a 5% discount and would leave a note on our file for next time to keep us informed as they go through with the exam? No idea how this isn’t already a policy here but okay. These people clearly don’t know how to deal with animals. The way they treated my cat is completely irresponsible and quite honestly just sickening.

Went there after getting multiple personal recommendations from VOKRA community and reading the Google reviews and I must say, it's worth the hype and all the praise. Dr. Hans was delightful and attentive to my Cats and gave me a thorough plan and recommendations for my cats. The staff is very personable and professional, I was happy going there and I'll happily keep going.

This clinic has been taking care of my animals for almost 20 years now! Dr. Hans is amazing and has taken such great care with my cats and dog. His prices are extremely fair and I've never felt ripped off. He doesn't push treatments on you that aren't fully necessary and if they aren't fully necessary he will let you know and you can make your decision.

Dr. Hans is the best vet I’ve ever been to! Their office is far from my place but I go out of my way to go there because of how great they are. My cat is very anxious and he is always very gentle with him. He is very kind and has never made me feel rushed or pressured me into doing unnecessary treatments/tests like other clinics do. Very compassionate, polite, honest and excellent prices!
