โ โ โ โ โ Worst service. I wanted to do a cancellation as I am hurting due to a job loss. They said their system is having issues. Another person walked in to renew auto insurance and they obliged.
My friend went their for cancelling their insurance and they said that they donโt do cancellations and only deal with renewals.
