β β β β β Had two vehicle insurance policies. One will expire next week, another one is renewed policy. Wanted to transfer both from one vehicle to another. Actually, I successfully did absolutely same procedure a week ago, Sunday as well. Customer service representative Paul managed to transfer one policy, and said that the System doesn't let him transfer another one. So I decided to transfer the first one back. Each transfer cost me 28 dollars, 56 total for no result. Don't care whose fault is it, as a customer I achieved absolutely zero result, besides waste of time and money. Won't use the agency services again, and, yes, looking forward to move somewhere where there is no ICBC. CHEERS!

β β β β β I have been coming here to get my car insurance done for years now and their service is exceptional. I personally deal with Dave Anderson, who is well knowledged in his work and very friendly. I recently got a quote for my condo insurance without any hiccups. Very fast and efficient service. Would definitely recommend them as they go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service with full guidance. Keep up the good work! ?

β β β β β Went today. They had a long line at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before closing, and handled it well. My sympathies as there were a lot of grumpy ppl.
Reading some of the other reviews here, you need to keep in mind that metrotown draws a diverse crowd. Like a guy posting a 1 star review about getting there at 8:57pm and being turned away. I mean who writes a review about that.

β β β β β After being hung up on multiple times over multiple days, I finally got to speak to someone about my tenant insurance. The answer? "Yeah - call back on Monday." I had to dig for info as to why, speaking to their representative was like pulling out my own teeth.
How about some professionalism? Is there anyone who has a shred of customer service knowledge?
As someone who also originally set up my tenant insurance on a weekend, I know that they in fact do have people that work on weekends that can support me. Well - I guess if they aren't incoherent lazy workers like the ones I have been speaking to as of late.
Oh let me mix in that their "24 hour help line" on their website will direct you to a machine that says "This phone number has changed, press 1 to direct to the new number AT A COST OF $3.89."
On top of that, their website runs slow and is unreliable. Insurance is a serious thing - are these the type of people that you would want to trust with something like that?
Unacceptable, unprofessional, already looking into a new insurance provider. Guess I'll have to wait to Monday to finally speak to someone about ending this atrocious service as soon as possible.

Everything is automated and screens for you to see what they are writing as well before they print it out.
You can call them for booking or just stand in line for things you want to ask. They don't feel very corporate and I like the standing stalls.
Might different for each attendant but so far the lady with short hair was awesome!

β β β β β Recently moved to BC and had to register my car here, this was the first office willing to explain to me how the insurance system works in BC and also help me register the car. They provided me clear instructions for all the documents required and got it done within 30minutes.
Took two visits to get it all done (once for instructions, second for insurance/registration) both times were efficient and all my questions were answered, i was given clear instructions that made the process much easier then it appeared from other office's.
