The man at the til today at about 3pm was so gross, taking his mask off and touching his sweaty face which is worrisome when he’s handling the treats I’m buying for my kid. Lousy unfriendly service. Will never go back...as this is the second time having an unpleasant experience at this location.

They don't want to honor the corporate promotion and nit pick about how to scan in my rewards account. They seem to be more interested in proving they're correct or denying promotions/rewards than making their customers happy. Do yourselves a favor and go a few blocks North to the 7-Eleven on Royal Oak and Kingsway. Way better customer service!

I tried to exchange a $50 bill for two 20s and a 10 and they refused, then when I tried to buy a chocolate bar with the same 50 they tried to refuse my service.. I had to argue them multiple times saying “why 7-eleven is turning away a paying customer” before they agreed to service me. I live 2 minutes away and was frequently visiting for 10+ years since I was a teenager, but now I will never go there again. I recommend everyone go to CHEVRON instead across the street.
J	Jan Raven on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely FILTHY store and ridiculous to see the worker touching his face with mask pulled down then pull it up as we approach the counter, which has no proper clean place to put your items down while you pay and the “hand sanitizer” reeks like a bacteria soaked mop. Really the worst 7-11 I’ve been to in 20 years. I still can’t believe how horrid it is. Don’t let your kids go there.

The two clerks were both chatting and laughing in the corner without any uniform on. I went to pay for my drink, and I noticed that the employee who was wearing a black hoodie(not on uniform) and skin fade haircut charged me for the wrong size. I told him he entered the wrong size but he proceeded to gaslight me. So I double checked after I paid while he continues to chat with the other employee. I questioned him again and he continues to gas light me claiming That the price is cheap if you use points. So I then pointed at the price and he finally admits that he’s wrong. I go back to the counter to get my refund and he says in a rude manner “all that for 50 cents?”, throws the coins on the counter and abruptly leaves to go back to the other employee to gossip about what just happened with both of them laughing. After 20 years of going to this store, no more. The audacity of that employee with the black hoodie and skin fade is unspeakable! Gaslighting me twice and throwing the coins because you don’t know how to do your job? You’re the one who charged me wrong and acting very unprofessional! It’s not hard to figure out the SIZES! If the owner really cares about its customers, GO THROUGH YOUR CCTV 5:20 Am March 27, 2022! This store has gone downhill for the past year!
L	Liam Parker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employee was working on Friday June 3rd 2022 Time the event occurred 8:00-8:30 I just went to 7-Eleven just a regular day you know getting my Red Bull and I proceed to check out and get my delicious Red Bull and oh wow…… Absolutely disgusting this lady takes the change she is going to give back To me places that dirty sterling silver nickel 5 cent coin right on top of where I drink where I place my lips…… a pandemic just went on and people‘s number one priority in the workplace is hygiene right now and that is not hygienic at all and simply rude I work in customer service so I deal with some grumpy customers but this…. I’m sorry I would never do that at my job because that would get someone extremely mad if I did that to somebody so you can’t even say I was just another grumpy customer because no I wasn’t it was disgusting even if my one of my friends put the coins on where I drink I would still be mad unacceptable.
