I have been going to Merson for a few years after having some harrowing experiences with mechanics in Verdun. I’m so glad to have found them. They’re professional, reliable, and competent. A few years ago, they gave me a good deal on a set of Yokohama winter tires. Since then I’ve been going to them for basic services and I’ve had good experiences consistently. Yesterday, they changed my tire in 30 minutes. Thanks for the great service!

Thanks again Bill. He knows his stuff. Don't waste time and money, he knows what tire is right for the vehicle and driving you do. Fast and professional place and has been in business longer than I can remember. Prices are very competitive

'Been meaning to leave this review for some time, now. A few years back they cracked my windshield during a routine repair and REFUSED to take responsibility for it. Head mechanic came up with every theory and excuse possible, and even pried up the trim around the windshield to look for the phantom rust that "may have caused it". None to be found. The flunky mechanic who took my car for a test drive WHILE I WAS SITTING IN THE PASSENGER SEAT BESIDE HIM studying every detail about how he handled my car absolutely lied out of his mouth, and while smiling at me claimed that he saw the crack before I came in, as though I wouldn't have noticed a 9 inch slash in my windshield RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY EYES on the driver's side. The three of us went to Mark himself, who was completely indifferent to the matter and barely said a word, nor looked at me. Mark absolutely refused any responsibility. In the end I had to bargain with them that I'd accept a free oil change while my insurance took care of replacing the windshield (after verifying that my premium wouldn't increase). I've never been back since, nor will I. I always go to my dealer, now. Might cost a bit more, but the courteous service I receive from them is worth every penny. Yep, Merson is great until something goes wrong. Then they become the shady, small town, country bumpkin mechanic that has you over a barrel when you're in trouble. So long, and good riddance to you.

Merson is the BEST!! I have been a happy client for maybe 20 years? The service is great & today Charlie made sure that my transmission was all ok, kept the car in the shop as it was raining hard, so I did not have to got out in the rain and followed up to make sure that my car still functioned well after I left. They've always been consistent, great prices & very nice people.

How does it take 1 and 3/4 hours to simply change 4 tires? That's with an appointment. New tires pre-arranged. Next season I'm trying out that company that changes tires at your home.

Originally I was told it would take an hour to patch my tire. But it ended up being a 4 hour wait and they could not guarantee my tire patch would hold. Now the patch has held for a while and I am grateful for that. But the worker also pressured me into buying 4 brand new wheels when only one was flat.

Worst garage I’ve ever been to. They couldn’t find the problem with slow leaking tires. Only thing is that I’ve never had any issues with the tires until they changed all 4 TPMS Sensors. Since then 2 tires have slow leaks out of 4. I went back several times all for them to tell sorry there’s nothing wrong. But I’m having to pump air in the tires every second day? This isn't normal. I bought a $150 digital compressor to make sure the dashboard is reading the same PSI from the actual tires and everything was good there. Conclusion, there’s a slow leaks with 2 tires. I went back again a 3rd time and still they told me we can’t find the problem. Then they asked me what would like for us to do more? Like all of a sudden had years of experience fixing cars. I told them to buff the rims and seal the tires which they insisted they had already done. So they did it. Funny enough I’ve had no issues since. I had to troubleshoot and suggest to them how to fix the tires while they call themselves experts. And while they couldn’t admit where they might have done something wrong. They kept telling me, sir you could have hit a pot hole. I live 10min away and am very cautious driving a luxury car. This was a complete waste of time and money. I’ve never felt this insulted. And so for $90 to do a job you should’ve done the first time around Merson, this review is going public. What Merson can improve on is their honesty, integrity, service level and giving a customer the benefit of the doubt. Just saying.
