I was shopping around to see if I could find the best deal for winter tires and they were really helpful on providing me the best winter tires for the budget I was looking to pay for my winter tires. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is the WORST! They are crooks. My brother got a flat tire and was close to this mechanic, so he went in for some help to change it. A job that would normally take 15 minutes ended up taking 1 hour and a half. They also charged him over an hour of labor to change it. Since we are in the car business, we know it should not be this expensive. Unfortunately they took advantage of a young guy who did not know any better. My father made a friendly call to see why it was so expensive and the staff was very unprofessional and rude. We will never be going back to this place again and you should not either

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid going there at any cost if you have any concerns for safety. This place is by far the most unprofessional we have ever dealt with a bunch of incompetent and clueless people who run it and work there. First, my husband made an appointment on Friday for Monday, and when he showed up nobody had any clue that he had an appointment. They failed to put it in their system. Then when he came home, the Lugnuts were loose on the tires they had just put on. Thank God that we didn’t have our kids in the car because who knows what might have happened if the tires would come loose on the highway. When my husband tried calling about it, they called him a liar and wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation. They say it’s human error but with the way they do business, it’s utter negligence. In addition, the manager hung up on my husband. Please don’t give your business to these crooks.
