Simo was extremely helpful and went out of his way to extend superior customer service, also a shout out to Alice for easing the paperwork due to the fact that I was a customer from out of province. There sale agents was sensational with knowledge, companionship taking time to explain my new vehicle with no rush making sure my concerns was lifted. In over 30 years buying vehicles I would definitely recommended this dealership. Drop in and get the same respect I did it sure feel good.

Right away when I explain to him what I wanted he knew the perfect Lexus for me. After the test drive I knew I need a more up to date Lexus and he found me the perfect Lexus, The new 2020 RX 350 sports. The sales representative, Mr. Simo Galib, is really a nice gentelman, very knowledgeable and professional (100 out of 100). The delivery time was exact, and the process was straightforward and quick. Everyone there was excellent and really very friendly!!

Told him my wants and helped me get it and feel good about my purchase. @Saphirelle was awesome to deal with and made the financing process easy. @ David Grillo was awesome in the final paperwork to get that appointment done quick and feeling great about my purchase in a speedy way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family recently purchased a Lexus RX 350 F Sport from Spinelli Lexus Pointe-Claire and our premier experience compels us to write a review in high praise.
We found the listing on AutoTrader and contacted Alex who responded to our initial set of questions and connected us with our sales person, Luc. He did a great job answering our questions over phone and helped set good expectations for a potential purchase.
When we arrived at the dealership from Toronto, we were greeted by Ricardo, the manager of the dealership who was very welcoming. Thereafter, Luc spent time to go over the car’s features and functions followed by a test drive that had us sold. Financing was a breeze as Saphirelle was clear to articulate the terms of the sale and quick to get approval and complete the paperwork.
The manager was very nice to throw in some bonus gifts and discounts which made the experience even better. I returned by flight to pick up the car and spent time with the team while it was getting ready. Lucas made the final paper work easy and conducted a great final demo before departing.
I have high praise for Ricardo the manager who I became acquainted with. He has helped build a great team of individuals like Alex, Luc, Saphirelle, & Lucas that made each stage of the car buying experience preeminently exceptional. I have no problem endorsing Spinelli Lexus Pointe-Claire to anyone who is looking for a great selection of cars and a premier dealership experience.
