★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service, and the teller gave me some wrong information when I asked a particular question, he clearly didn't know what he was talking about and I knew that so I didn't bother arguing with him lol & declined me from paying a certain bill. I went to the branch on St Jean and the teller there answered my question just fine, and I was able to make a payment :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had really bad experience with the brand manager when I signed my mortgage. She tricked us in signing an insurance contract by telling us half true information. She also promised me to refund my visa card fee but she never got back to me. I would avoid that brand when I do any investment banking with TD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to report fraud on an account of mine and they didn’t seem to care or want to help. I’m unsure why a bank wouldn’t take fraud seriously since at the end of the day they’re going to be liable for getting those funds back.
They closed the account and didn’t want to answer any further questions, like how did they open it, where was it opened, etc. Also, the teller was just generally rude throughout the entire experience instead of trying to help (basic questions like did they charge anything to the account seemed to annoy the teller.)
Good thing I’m not with TD bank, clearly security isn’t one of their values.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst location of TD in town. I went there twice and never going again. Don’t waste your time to go there. I went there for withdrawal they gave me only 3000 instead I need more and investigated me like any officer and they looked up on you as you are doing any crime. Teller girl and their supervisor lady dnt know how to talk very rude they are not there to help they are there to HARASS you.BANK MANAGEMENT SHOULD DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.

I deposited one TD's money order, they hold it from tuesday till next wednesday. If they spend one minute to verify, this money order is no need to hold that long which will be benefit for both bank and the clients.
At beginning, I thought this money order should be like all other checks, hold for one or two days. No, they put a note on it, exactly hold it from tuesday till next wednesday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there yesterday to make a deposit, got called by a lady and didnt get a greeting. she seemed confused about my deposit and told me "i dont know how you expect me to give you pennies i dont even know what youre talking about" when all i said was hi how are you. she was extremely rude and unpleasant. bad service.
