Very disappointed with the staff. I asked to used the bathroom ( im 9 months pregnant) and a employee told me that i can't use the bathroom because its reserve for staff only. I was insulted, clearly you could see that i was pregnant and could barely walk . I definitely won't be banking here again.

If you are relatively young and have a large cheque to deposit avoid this bank at any cost. For those who think racism do not exist, then they havent been to this bank. We had a notarized cheque to deposit and the manager even verified the cheque with the notary to avoid any Holds. At first they automatically told us they will freeze the cheque for 1 week. We had to tell them to call the notary when they shouldve already known their procedure Then when we asked to withdraw a certain amount the assistant manager Anna Gryshchenko started asking all kinds of personal questions and made it quite uncomfortable.During that time she even asked to verify ids for the 3rd time? She was rude unprofessional and just did not understand how we can possibly be home owners. She even said it doesn't make sense that we can afford to deposit this cheque in a condescending tone. After 45 min we then cancelled the transaction and went at the bmo on st charles. The transaction took 5 min with no questions asked and was also able to withdraw at the same time. Avoid bmo fairview at any cost specially if you aren't of a certain race and age. It was clear Anna made prejudiced assumptions towards us and thats not right. We will seek justice

Terrible service. Tried to talk to manager many many times about a fraud incident. Ignored the many emails we've sent. We also asked to specifically talk to her, waited an hour to see her just to get a call from a desk girl second hand speaking for the manager. Really disappointing service. Christmas is coming up and I can't touch ANY of my money. They've blocked it completely for a month now and no information or help whatsoever ever has been given. I am shocked and very disapointed to be a client so uncared for.

Had an appointment at 3pm at this branch left work early to make this appointment at the bank, I was at the bank at 2:55pm One of the staff asked me to wait since the officer was busy with other clients I gladly waited for few minutes which turned into almost an hour. After 50 minutes of still waiting there and no response from the agent who by now had finished with her clients and was on some personal call while I waited for my turn This absolutely pathetic and very unprofessional of the people at this place I have been a BMO customer for over ten years but this makes me think twice about their attitude towards their clients Never going to this branch again, would have given no star if that was the option here

Had such a great experience there this afternoon. I suppose it was a floor manager who had initially asked what they could do to help me- I let them know I lost my debit card and needed a new one; she directed me to the line but let me know she would see if someone else was available. A few moments later she directed me to an associate, Patrick, who was quick and very helpful. I felt they valued my time and were pleasant to interact with!

first time with BMO, not very happy and disappointed for this branch. I applied my mortgage from BMO that the mortgage specialist in downtown is good organized and communication. however, when I signed all papers, open account, deposit, apply credit cards in this branch. I got a lot troubles. They locked my money draft for one week and even more after deposit while told me should be available in 3 days. They did not verify anything when deposit. but gave me a very hard time to pay my down-payment after 9 days; also the fee for wire transfer is much higher than the other banks; and also we applied cashback master card no annual fee but received different type credit card with annual fee. I realized that after actived it. I left message for one who is my bank account manager and no response. I have to call credit card to close account. They are not organized, less professional. bad experience with this branch compare with other banks.

One teller, 7 advisors in their offices not helping out the line. I waited in line for over 40minutes just to have them direct me to the advisor that I had an appointment with. By that time they refused my appointment because I was late. WOW. I've

I open a account and the first transaction was considered a fraud and they blocked my account twice in a single day. Went to the succursale twice to identify my self....And then a employeee ask me why I open a account at the first place, well I wonder the same thing now. I have never been humiliated like that in my whole life.
