When it came down to securing our house, he proactively called our agent and the sellers’ agent to ensure them that we had the financing required. Can’t say enough about our satisfaction. This is our first house and, frankly, a scary ordeal in a merciless market. George took the time, sometimes way after normal business hours, to guide, teach, and encourage us to make the right decision for our mortgage.
He is very forward-thinking. I haven't spent a moment wondering "what's next" because, every time I would complete a step, he would direct me to the next and tell me to start preparing for what's to come after.
He comes ready with an arsenal of realtors, notaries, inspectors... All in effort to make the process dynamic and goal-oriented. "Don't have a notary? Here's one. Doesn't work out? Try this one instead."
To give you an idea, from the moment our offer was accepted, our mortgage was approved in 3 days.
Finally, George takes the time to tell you what you need to hear so that you're ready for whatever result you may obtain.
I can't recommend his services enough.

He also was indispensable in guiding us through the home buying process in Quebec as we are new to the Province. Extremely responsive and does a great job explaining details. Also very patient and not pushing his own agenda. We had to pause our search and George was very understanding. Would highly recommend him (and have already).
