M	May Assaf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in to this salon as a first-time client. Had my hair done by Stephanie; given my short hair, the hairstyling should’ve been pretty simple and straightforward. The service I got there from the stylist was sub-par (stylist was rather inexperienced, slow, and her hands fidgeted as she clutched the brushes). I found it rather appalling that she didn’t even know that the inner layers of my hair had to be dried before tackling the crown and the outer hair layers, so she had to scrap all her prior work and restart. Moreover, the owner lacked tact and customer service 101. Despite my request that the owner (Tati) spares a minute of her time to rectify the mess that her stylist had done to my hair, she stated she was rather busy to do so and got defensive about her stylist’s incompetence. Verdict: 1. Awful and overpriced customer service by this salon (my hair looks better when I do it at home frankly) 2. An unwillingness to listen to and take in clients’ constructive criticism. I do not plan to visit this place again nor do I recommend it.
p	penelope stuart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place!! I found it on Google and was not disappointed. I had a wedding and had to get a nice hairdo. Stefania took in consideration my hair type and what I wanted and really made it happen. My chignon held all night long even with the dancing. The price was very reasonable compared to other salons I called. They also did a great job with my boyfriend's haircut. I recommend this place for the good service, quality and price!
S	Shimmy Roxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a full hair makeover done by Daria Cotton. It included a balayage, hair colouring, a cut and a blow dry. Daria was extremely friendly and professional, and did amazing work! Would definitely go back in the future and would recommend to a friend. 10/10
J	Jane Parayno on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! I discovered this salon on Google and was definitely not disappointed. Stefania gave me a beautiful haircut and left my hair feeling like silk. I returned the following day to get a manicure and was happy with how it turned out.
D	Danielle Mac Rae on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natalie was very friendly and welcoming but I am not satisfied with the hair cut I got. I have thin hair, so it doesn't require too much attention and I was only there for a regular hair cut. Even still, I was in and out in 10 minutes! (I didn't need a wash) She didn't take the time to go through my natural layers or sectioning off my hair in any way to cut at the slightly different lengths hair grows at. I have long window bangs that are growing out which were not touched at all. All that was done was a straight cut all the way around. There was no attempt to add any texture to the cut. I don't get my hair layered but every hair dresser I've ever been to (and Daria who use to work there before) takes the time to add some extra texture to just a normal cut. This left me walking away feeling like I was not worth the time of effort for a proper hair cut (in and out in 10 minutes) and I still have split ends all throughout my hair because none of my natural layers were touched! I'm not sure if there was some kind of miscommunication that lead to this, but I have never had a hair cut that was only 10 minutes with no attempt at styling, no products used, nothing at all. I would not return here. And It was definitely not worth the price for something I could have received at a barbers.
S	Shirley McCarthy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Years ago I was having trouble finding a hairdresser who could help me grow out my hair. Tried several recommendations but wasn't satisfied. Then someone recommended Nathalie at Salon Tati and I have never considered elsewhere. I get complimented on my hair often, especially the colour, the shade was suggested by Nathalie! Also find the prices below many other salons and I don't need to tip several other people to wash my hair, etc because she does it all (she owns the salon). Furthermore, she's always on time, doesn't schedule more clients she can handle. It's been more than 10 years that I've been her client and no plans to change that!
