★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor has been helpful and is knowledgeable. The only thing that puts me off from wanting to return is that one really rude receptionist, I believe her name is Lisa? There are a couple others who are very kind and patient, but one of the receptionists is so rude, sassy and demeaning for no reason. It’s actually quite hurtful and she makes patients such as myself not want to come back despite the doctor being great.
A patient’s experience at a clinic is derived from a combination of the doctor’s expertise and service/care as well as the other staff members such as nurses and RECEPTIONISTS. Not to mention, the receptionists are the first people we communicate with. They say a lot about the clinic and its standard. Judging from the other comments, this receptionist isn’t doing much for the clinic or patients unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Abu Hilal is arrogant, lacks bedside manner, active listening skills, concern for his patients and doesn’t even physically/visually assess before he starts handing out prescriptions that they insist you fill out at the on-site pharmacy. Not impressed and have asked my GP for another referral to a different Dr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never met the doctor so I cannot provide a review in regards to his treatment. I called the day previous to confirm appointment as it was made quite some time ago. Confirmation was given. My husband and I both took the day off from work & drove over an hour & paid for parking. When we arrived we were told the doctor was not in that morning. Although it was indicated they probably couldn’t reach me, I have voicemail & call tracker. There was no contact attempts on my phone. My appointment was of a serious nature. It was suggested that I could wait until he was in at 1 pm. I declined. If I did not show up for an appointment, I am sure I would get billed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm not usually a person to post review! But I had to for this one particular doctor named Abu Hilal! I read others bad reviews about him and ignored! It's all true, I can vouch for it, lol! There is an attitude problem there, no compassion or neat communication, rushes. My general doctor is so much better, actually I'm going to leave a good rating for him now!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never wrote a review before but after my BAD experience with Dr Abu hilal clinic this morning I have to say he has the worst receptionist I have ever dealt with she was very rude I regret not asking for her name ...she was un helpful ..she was rushing to hung up on me without caring about my call as a patient to confirm if my referral that was done almost 5 weeks ago has gone through and confirmed ..she kept on saying we haven’t received anything under your name ! While I’m sure it was sent twice by my family doctor’s office ...and she didn’t give me any clarification or solution..I don’t recommend anyone to go to them ! Worst experience ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst dermatologist I have ever met. Rude, unprofessional, ignorant, arrogant. Staff are slow and disorderly. He argued with me over exactly what I said to start. He also has bad skin. Ha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not examine my underlying skin issues; staff are very rude, condescending, and assumptive. Overall, terrible. The Dr had a very dismissive attitude with me and didn't even care to hear or look at my skin problem. Instead, I was told my skin issue came from a medical scenario I dealt with before although my skin condition PREDATES that. Deserves zero stars truly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 2:30pm appointment yesterday. I decided to use my GPS(mistake)
It missed my first turn and then got myself hopelessly lost. I phoned the clinic and was talking to Heather, she was extremely helpful and directed me right to their parking garage. My total experience with the clinic was perfect. The Doctor and all the staff I met were excellent even though I was 45 minutes late. No problem.
