None of which come even close to offering, the quality, the expertise and the care that I get from Dr Muhn and his staff. They are true world leaders in their domain!!

My GP, optometrist and pharmacist all advised me to hot compress it...there were no other options to treat it. Growing frustrated after months of hot compressing non-stop, I found Dermetics! Dr. Rosen, assisted by Erin, removed the bump within a few minutes and now, a week later, I'm almost 100% healed. I am SO grateful they were able to take care of this for me, and were very comforting and informative throughout the process. Bonus: I'm trying out a new tinted sunscreen Erin recommended that I'm obsessed with! Thank you Dermetics!

I was greeted immediately with a friendly smile and instructed on their Covid protocols which made me feel confident of the cleanliness and safety of the business. Next the lobby was pristine and very inviting with lots of product to look at. Michelle promptly was out and introduced herself and led me to a room to discuss what my concerns were. She carefully listened to my needs and then proceeded to then give me options as well as thoroughly explained the procedures and then gave her recommendations. It was at that time I met Dr. Muhn, and he was super friendly, he made me feel so comfortable. Michelle supported me through every step of the procedure and then prepared me for what to do once I got home. I promptly paid and was left with a comforting smile as I said goodbye! Amazing from start to finish, would highly recommend Dermetics!!

I have had some facial redness issues I have been trying to combat for years but could not achieve it alone. I have reviewed numerous locations and picking Dermetics was not just the best choice, but the most life changing one. Guys, this is not a fake review please know that. The staff at Dermetics welcomed me as if I was one of their own. Everything from the outside, the waiting area, all the way to the washroom was impeccable and extreme clean and organized. First thing I noticed is how lovely everyone is. The consultations were not just informative but also the staff was funny and detail oriented at the same time. The front desk ladies were just AMAZING! I would like to take this time to thank my consult/friend KIM who really is an amazing person and super knowledgable. She didn't just give me the best skin care advice, but she also took care of my well being (ect.. gave me lip balm when my lips were dry) she was super gentle during treatments, and always informed me what she was doing. I trust her 100%. I will continue to see KIM, and I significantly recommend Dermetics to literally everyone with skin care issues.

Staff are super friendly and make you feel so comfortable, taking the time to explain every little thing in detail. Dr. Muhn is fabulous and brings forth a great sense of humour, which helps put you at ease. I've already referred a couple of people and am looking forward to my next treatment!

It's nice to see that it wasn't about pushing the service rather than doing what's right for the client/patient with consideration of health and safety protocols first and foremost.
