★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for a consultation for my acne scarring and I’ll definitely be getting the PRP treatment here. Everyone was super warm & welcoming, the place was beautiful. They took their time to really let me know everything about the treatment and how it would benefit my skin concerns. I’m excited to go back to get my treatment done! 10/10

She would walk me through all the details I needed to know, and she would also take the time to listen to my needs and requests. I am 76 years old and I didn’t expect miracles but I have to say that I was well informed about my treatment by Andrea she took the time to explain me everything and she made me very comfortable about my treatment. I have to say I am Really amazed with results. My treatment is not finished yet I have to be back in two weeks and I am expecting the best and I am not scared anymore. Place is spotless beautiful which also makes you feel very good inside.

Skin Vitality at Stoney Creek
Well, I was really exited on my first day when I had first treatment... but a two hours later I was suffering very bad, it is now one month past and I still have not finished my treatment, there is some complications, therefore don't count on my first very optimistic write up. Professionalism in this clinic is VERY MUCH in question.

My experience was nothing short of fantastic, the office space is beautiful, the financing process was seamless, they were so patient answering every random question that I had (and I had many). At no point did I feel like I was being “sold to”, it felt like a very open, supportive and transparent conversation and I’m excited to go back!

This is unusual for most places who are happy to sell more services. I was treated well, comfortable, well informed, and saw immediate results. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful experience here! The staff are warm and welcoming, no pressure to purchase. The nurse was knowledgeable and explained everything so I understood the entire process. I will be telling all of my friends and family that Skin Vitality is the number #1 place to go! The clinic was also so beautiful and clean and the young lady at the front desk was amazingly helpful with my medical forms! Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first face treatment out of three. Vampire face treatment. The RPN who did the work (Claudia) is very professional and knowledgeable. On top of her medical expertise , she is great dealing with clients and carefully navigate with success during the whole process. Great service. Will recommend to friends. Next visit next month. I have a good feel that all staff are great but I will stick with Claudia for my next visits. Thanks again
