J	Jensy Jega on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eva (manager) was insanely rude. We confronted the cashier about payment issue because we scanned $1 coupon but it didn't scan. The manager was quick to jump in and say not to blame the cashier for it not scanning which we did not do. Instead of simply explaining that the coupon didn't scan they kept saying it did scan for the ice coffee which was ALREADY $1 which is what we were telling the manager. She went on to say "they're not getting it just give back their money." As if we don't know English and seemed to be racist. Customer service was disgusting coming from the manager herself. To think there are employees working under this woman is a disgrace to McDonald's and it really explains why these people are getting replaced by machines. It's ridiculous to say that the manager of all people was the rudest person on the floor who doesn't know how to talk to paying customers. Store #: 16719 Trans: 1LNVPHV8J6

M	Margo Peterson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Orangeville Walmart McDonald's is a great place for a quick, fresh meal for you and your family. The people were so kind, joyful and very patient. The cashier was having a hard time understanding what the person in front of me wanted but she kept cool, calm, collected. The manager came up front very quickly and showed her what to do. The store was clean and the food was superb. Everyone had a smile on their faces and all looked like they were having a blast. Great management.

Asked for bbq sauce with chicken nuggets and didn’t get any,asked them can I get some sauce, they reassured its in the bag; got home and there was none (and they were not even busy). Would not recommend at all
