★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased two winter jackets for my sons less than a year ago (2-Piece Fleece-Lined Snowsuit). Today, both jackets are unusable due to zipper not going all the way up. Reached out to customer service and they requested for proof, which I sent promptly. Spent over $250.00 for both sets. Instead of addressing issue and looking to resolve, simply offered $40.00. Poor customer service and quality is slipping downwards.
