★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have dealt with the Geek Squad at Orangeville Best Buy for years. They are great. Always fix my computer problem and always make me feel confident as a senior I can depend on them for help and they never make me feel like I don't get it...The Staff is wonderful...I never hesitate to drop over with my computer issues no matter how big or how small...they fix me up and send me on my way with a smile. Thank you Geek Squad Staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrendously bad service. I know it was close to closing but we were going to buy a TV. We wanted to ask some questions. We had to wave our hands in front of them to get their attention. They barely answered questions. Then tried to buy dvds, and stood at cash before a kid said they were checking out at customer service.

And a girl Katie, walked up and gave me the most honest review of the options. I am so grateful. I sometimes feel manipulated in electronic stores but I couldn't be happier with what I got.

I recently did a big transaction that required a few changes and I was very impressed with the way in which it was handled. Kudos to the young guy who provided excellent service, even though he was still in training!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I lived in Orangeville now for almost 2 years. I am a senior and I was in need of a repair for my TV and surround home theater sound.
Very disappointed that Best Buy or geek squad could not provide the service to fix it.
I had purchased it from Bay Bloor when I moved to Orangeville. I was saden to learn this.
Best Buy was pushing for me to buy new. Not to happy with my options.
I declined!
