★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently experienced a three day nightmare dealing with Bell Canada customer service over the phone. Eventually, I gave up and made the drive into Orangeville to see if a "real" human could resolve my issue. Turned out to be one of the best moves I've made in a long time. Samantha completely killed it! And she was absolutely tenacious at not letting the problem beat her. So if anyone from Bell Corporate reads these things... please do whatever it takes to keep Samantha and Shannon happy. These girls have done more to help your corporate image than any clever advertising campaigns you've done. Otherwise, I'll hire Samantha in a second!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We live 5 mins out side of orangeville and can see the Bell tower from our house. Bell customer support told us we could get their satelite internet service from our house no problem. The guy comes out and can't find a signal. Come on starlink!! Bell Canada is an embarrassment of a Canadian company and I can't wait for the day I never have to send them another cent again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently visited the store for internet service. The rep who assisted me with the sale was amazing! The vibe in the store was great! Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Kudos to the store manager for creating such a great work environment and having very well informed staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to see Shannon at the Orangeville store for my cell phones for quite some time! I’m always happy with the offers she has been able to get me and I can’t stress how patient she is! I don’t know anything about technology or how to transfer phone data but she always figures it out for me! Sam is also really helpful! The last time I was there, i ripped my jeans trying to get into my car and fell in the snow which was slightly embarrassing but they saw the whole thing on camera and ran outside to help me, even had a small sewing kit to fix my Jeans! You can’t beat this service!!!
