I was helped by Sarah Dowden in the store and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She was very helpful and attentive towards my needs. I have to say that the service I recieved from her was beyond exceptional and I was more than satisfied when I left the store. I am beyond pleased and would be very much inclined to recommend her to anyone that is looking for help with any Bell products and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the bell store in Peterpond mall today trying to set up a new activation and I really would like to give a very big thank you for the representative Jessica from Bell for taking her time and helping me set up my new phone. I couldn't of asked for a better person to be able to help me out. She understood my frustration and was very professional and made me feel very happy to get my phone. She was one of the best representatives I have ever had. I really appreciate her hard work and dedication to get the issue resolved with two very happy customers. We will be back for more business forsure. ? she is the best!!!! I recommend Jessica to any new customers looking for a new phone!!!! Go see her :) she is absolutely great. She really helped us with all the issues and resolved them flawlessly ❤ I give her a 10 out of 10 :) great job ? ?
